My manifesto
I believe…
Fulfillment isn’t only for a select few. Joy isn’t something you need to defer your whole life, or even until the weekend. Breaking your own boundaries is one of the most challenging but worthwhile things you can take on - so why do it alone. Everyone has higher purpose deep inside of them; all it takes the courage, mindset and heartset to take it on.
Take risks, follow your passions, don’t let fear dictate your life. Invest in yourself and see how it helps change the world.
My Journey
How I got here
For most of my life, I never really felt like I had anyone who believed in me - including myself. I didn’t have the confidence to own who I wanted to be. I was a go-getter, over-achiever, advancing through my career hoping each step would make me feel like the me that I wanted to be.
I was hungry for growth and fulfillment but wasn’t sure where or how to start. Suddenly I was thirty and tired, not thirty and thriving. I spent most of my time and energy trying to “do it all.”
I decided I needed to be happy NOW, not “one day.”
I feel like so many people hit this point. With long hours, constant connection to work, depression, stress, burnout, social media overload, constant competitiveness - it’s hard to not get caught in a trap of working for the *one day* version of yourself, instead of the *today* version.
I realized that 1.5 decades working in HR, coaching women entrepreneurs, and going through my own mental health journey have put me in a unique position to help change this.
And that’s what I’m doing.
So join me on this journey! Let’s take steps towards our best selves together.
