Thought-provoking, real stories written by women from all walks of life, on breaking through the challenges and societal expectations of time.
Thought-provoking, real stories written by women from all walks of life, on breaking through the challenges and societal expectations of time.
In this brilliant collaboration with women from several countries and different backgrounds, we share honest stories about our relationships with time. These stories and the workbook inside were created for you to:
Understand and break down the social constraints and limiting beliefs holding you back from embracing your time on earth.
Decide on your own outcomes. Not the ones you believe you need, but the ones that are true to your heart.
Take back your life. Live a life of love, passion, connection and joy.
What happened? Like many well-intended achievers, I found myself with more to-dos than hours in the day. Despite being surrounded by abundance and opportunities, it was difficult to see through the daily “busyness” of life. I was asking myself, "how do I 'do it all' and remain sane?"
I know so many people can relate to this feeling. So in my chapter I share how to get the time ownership you deserve, so you can focus more on what matters. Fear is what holds most of us back from getting more from our time: fear of failure, fear of not being enough. My chapter is focused on getting rid of room for fear in your life so you can finally own your time, and get it on your side!
Still here? One last thing
I’d love to connect!
Co-authoring my first book has been an exciting - but scary - endeavour.
There’s so much more on the way that I’d love to both share with you - and also learn from you!
I hope to spread the message that it’s okay to get thrown down in life (and it’s even better to get back up and break through).
Connect with me on social media, and let’s chat! What are you struggling with? Do you relate to these constant challenges and expectations of time? Do you feel like no one is in your corner?
Let’s support and help each other!
